Following the recent launch of Ornico City, Ornico’s new home in the Johannesburg inner city, Maggs On Media shared snippets of the launch on South Africa’s leading advertising, marketing and communications show.
Having completed the first phase of the restoration and renovation of Johannesburg’s historic Natal Bank Building, media and brand intelligence company, Ornico, launched its new headquarters on the evening of Thursday 23 February 2017. Attended by guests from South Africa’s leading brands, advertising agencies and marketing companies, Ornico’s move from Sandton to inner city Johannesburg is being celebrated by throwing the doors of the heritage site open to the public.
Ornico acquired the old Natal Bank Building situated at 90 Albertina Sisulu Road, Johannesburg in January 2016, and has been working for the past year to restore the grand old site to its former glory. The building was provisionally declared a national heritage site in 1990, and is the oldest standing bank building in Johannesburg.
